These are the bulb holders for the Vanagon environmental controls. You can buy them from GoWesty and other sources, but I had the bulbs and the terminals already so that made this project practical, plus it wound up costing $2
I cut the tabs off my terminals and soldered them to the bulb, then passed them though the holder. I then used some UV glue (you could use liquid resin) and glued the terminals where they come trough the base.
