Variable Locking Hinge; Locks every 13°

A locking hinge I designed to make a VR accessory for myself;

As it is right now, an M6 bolt is needed as a pivot to go through the centre with a knurled M6 nut to keep the bolt captive. 2x 6.5x20x1.2mm washers are needed to reduce friction and keep proper spacing between the two halves of the hinge, you can print these yourself if you have none as a worst-case scenario. And finally, 2x M4 bolts/machine screws are needed to attach to the locking gear as a point to lock/unlock the hinge without full disassembly.

I'm a hobbyist and this is my first time uploading to Thingiverse, any constructive feedback is welcome and if you need a bit more guidance don't hesitate to ask. I could not find a locking hinge design that was strong enough for my needs and this was just a first attempt if people would like a better version with additional features please let me know and I'll do my best to help, or remix it yourself.
