Variable Wispon modified semi-sphere bases

After printing all the parts I noticed that the base of each sphere half were bubbled and that the top sphere did not correctly print the base. Hopefully these modified pieces will fix that issue.
The first file is for the bottom semi-sphere and the second file is for the top semi-sphere.
