Here is a collection of different adapters for a breathing airflow I have designed for prototyping a ventilator (OpenVent-Bristol) https://openventbristol.co.uk/.
For medical use, it is highly advised to buy commercial products, but for rapid prototyping and testing ideas, the adapters can become useful.
The design follow the ISO standard for respiratory requirement 22mm and 30mm The 22mm male connectors also support a 15mm female on the inside.
