Summary:
Based on vase design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31722 by BenitoSanduchi i created a led support base to transform it into a led light lamp.
The design is a thight-fit one, no need to glue anything except for the vase base part where some little glue is required to hold it in place.

Printing Instructions:
The lamp part was printed in vase mode with Transparent Blue PETG (AzureFilm), 0.12 layer height and 0.7 extrusion width with a 0.4 nozzle
The base part was printed with 0.2 layer height with black PLA (CyberFilaments).
