Vase STL generator

The Excel generator contains macros that generates STL files for vases based on configurable parameters.
This includes:

Model height, width and depth (including ellipses)
Number of layers for the vase
Number of points in the vase cross section
Amount to rotate each layer (V2 includes continuous rotation or oscillating rotation)
Z profiles including:
Straight vases
Conical sloping in and sloping out (with varying top and base sizes)
Bulging in and Bulging out with variable amount of bulge and bulge position.


V2 includes:
Sides with waves with variable number of ½ waves and whether to start the wave inwards or outwards.

V3 includes:
Stellation of alternate points (must be even number of points) for example to change an octogon into a star.
Tetrahedral faces - to change each triangle into a tetrhedron (positive values creates outwards points on each face, negative values create inward points).
