Here is everything you will need print wise for the wing.
You will need a hotwire cutter ( i use some s/s fishing wire and a power supply fixed at one end and follow the airfoil template around) A small 300x400x30mm block of xps foam or epp foam, A 8mm thin wall carbon tube and a small length of 3mm carbon tube, 5x1mm carbon stip for elevons.
I have also included in the files a jig for drilling the carbon tubes into the wing (just file one end to make it a cutter and place in your drill chuck).
print almost all the parts with petg or pla+ with 1 wall and 4%cubic infill, I print at 260c hotend temp and 70c with petg bed temp and fan speed at 20% because you want good layer adhesion (motor mount 3 walls 30% infill, control horn 3 walls and 100% infill), and 60mm/s speed.
Glue all printed parts together with CA glue and wing cores to fuselage with UHU por foam glue.
The wing cores want to be 290mm long at the trailing edge, 280mm long at leading edge and tip length of 150mm.
