Vector Brass Deflector

Modified from zx28net's quick release picatinny mount, I added an appendage to deflect spent casings downward. Any Vector owner knows this platform ejects brass violently upward and forward, which can be inconvenient for reloaders or in indoor range settings.

This replaces zx28net's original Rail Mount; it will require the original Hub, Lever, and Grip. This was made to the dimension of a Vector CRB (gen 2), but should work on all platforms. This is tested and functional.

v1.3 works well to deflect brass, but the casings still fly forward. If deflection is all you need, I recommend this version as it is simpler.
v1.4 is updated to direct brass more rearward. Directs about 90% of the casings next to or behind the marksman.
