Velocette timing disc support and pointer bracket

Combines a support for timing disc and a bracket to hold a pointer on the engine. This will aid in setting ignition timing and also checking valve timing on all Velocette M series engines.
Included are pdf and svg files to print the timing disc, for either MSS or Venom/Viper onto card . Using a CD at the back of the disc will help to support the printed card. If printed at 100% the paper disc will have a diameter of 186mm but this is not critical.
The bracket supports a slider holding a pointer. This is mounted on an 8mm screw and this allows micro adjustment of the position of the pointer needle.
There are 2.8 mm holes in the disc support which will allow insertion of 3mm screws but in practice this has been found unnecessary.
The photograph shows the bracket and disc in place on the right of the engine, over the timing cover. It can of course be fitted when the timing cover is removed using the timing cover screws.
The disc is supported on a wooden 6mm dowel.
