Velocity Stack for 30mm Fan

The original part looked so neat and i rally should have checked it before printing it, the Duct, Fins and the cone are separate and did not print clean. Once i imported the model into SolidWorks the problem was instantly visible as the fins protruded out of the body of the duct and cone.

I re modeled the fins and cone and merged them into on body, this a common mistake and flaw from novice users of parametric modeling software like F360 Solid works and the like
