The Speed Tower Test model is designed to calibrate maximum speeds in relation to print flowrate. It is recommended to use PLA or PETG while keeping the material profile constant, set at elevated temperatures to test speeds up to 375 mm/s and accelerations of 20000 mm/s². The test provides crucial data for optimizing 3D printer performance, ensuring efficient and high-quality prints. Follow the attached instructions carefully for precise results. Calibration Procedure for the VelocityFlow Calibrator Tower:Print profile comes with a base speed of 75 mm/s, incrementing by 75 mm/s every 10 mm until reaching 375 mm/s.Identify any defects in the individual walls, excluding seams. Measure the height of defects. The correct speed is that of the previous step without defects.If the initial test prints successfully, repeat with the "Sport" multiplier.
