Vent Cap for 5 Gallon Container

This is a threaded cap for the vent opening on a 5 gallon (20 liter) container. The container it fits is UN rated #3H1/Y1.8/150, and the vent cap is 22 mm. My container is used for liquid pool chlorine (sodium hypochlorite). The cap is intended to be removed when pouring liquid from the large opening so the container can breathe and allow the liquid to flow out smoothly and quickly. The caps that come with it are very thin and break easily. This part is meant to be a stronger replacement.

The cone feature on the inside is meant to plug the small vent hole so the chlorine doesn't splash out onto the threads. I'm not sure how PLA holds up to concentrated chlorine, so my thought was to plug the hole.
