Vent opening - Luftauslass

This is a vent opening for Velomobiles with a 40mm x 40mm mast used as an air inlet. It has three flaps which can be closed with a small lever.

Please note: This has accidentally turned into a something of a printer benchmark :-)

If your prints are slightly oversize, you will have to re-drill the holes and file some of the joints. If your printer is precise, all joints should have 0.2mm play and everything should fit nicely together.

Use superglue (very sparingly) to glue things together after assembly, but apply only where needed - otherwise it will not move afterwards.

You only need to print the first file, it has all the parts. The second file is for printing replacements for the most fragile parts - just in case.
