Simple funnel, print in vase mode (~30min print).
I suggest extrusion multiplier / flow rate +50% to get thicker and watertight walls.

Fits holes from 20mm and up

Design allows for air venting. That means high liquid flowrate and less chances of funnel overflowing (can't make it overflow with my water faucet fully open when refilling a bottle)
