VentGuard: The Wind Window holder (v2)

In summer, it's necessary to keep the windows open all day because of the heat, but my little dog gets scared when the windows slam due to the wind.Additionally, photos and other objects fall when there is a strong wind. So, I created this device to block the window while keeping it open to allow air in but not strong wind, thus keeping my little one safe!
