Ventilation adapter

This is an adapter for a 120mm ventilator (can be adjusted for other sizes) as used in a PC to mount it to a wall outlet of size 100.

There are some minor issues:
- the base plate is larger than the ventilator
- hole distance should be looked up belonging to ventilator size
- My print is not the best, had some extrusion issues (extruder lost steps)
- the holes are slightly too small, I needed to drill them up to 5mm (maybe a slicing/print issue from my side, they are specified as 5mm)
