This is a grille for ventilation systems or machines. The measurements of the .stl with holes is 200x100 mm, the other one can be scaled to your needs and drilled.

The print duration is about 15 hours with supports and 0.2 layer thiccness. However, if your printer supports minimal bridging, supports might not be needed since there is only a small part with a critical overhang.
