Ventilation modification CR-10

My attempts to make the cooling a bit better on the CR-10S.
The fan in the extrude is replaced for a Noctura and it made it much less noisy.
The three fans in the controller box are original but I changed the direction of flow so fans suck air into the box.
I ran all the fans open air and the noise was quite low but they where vibrating quite bad so I mounted the internal circulation fan together with the bracket using rubber dampers from an old hard drive mount. The two other fans where not possible to mount using dampers so I think I will have to replace them.
The fan ventilation cut-outs where a bit of a joke and I had to cut open the hole for the fans and use wire frame fan guards. I printed an adapter plate to be used with the fan guard. I also added extra holes for the PSU ventilation in the bottom. Only thing left is to modify the rear fan ventilation cut out in the same manner as the extruder cover.
