Ventilation shaft rope puller

It is a replacement part for the off white thingie in the picture. No idea what it's called. Neither in English nor Dutch. Inside most Dutch, and I would imagine most European, houses there are ventilation shafts near windows that can be switched open/closed via a rope pulley near that window. This is a replacements for one of these plastic puller thingies.
Smart People see there is a bit of a gap alongside the print.
The small gap fits a rubber 2 cm o-ring.
It makes it quieter if the thingie hits the window in the wind if the window is open.

It comes with 'open' 'dicht and 'close' already stl-ed, if you want other words the open scad file is included. It will probably fit something like 'ferme' but "Lüftungsabzieher für Fensterhohlraum in Arbeitsposition" will be so small as being unreadable.
