this is the design of a ventilator.
it is open source.
it should be noted that this is an initial design, and does not have any medical certificate.
this device is designed to provide ventilation for one human only.
it is being driven by one stepper motor (NEMA) only.
it has four solenoid valves, and two balloons ( if the balloons were NOT available, you can use a pepsi bottle the one with 1.75L volume, it will fit in).
the working principle is just like next:
when the two balloons is being compressed:
the solenoid valve at the oxygen is closed to prevent the oxygen contained inside the the red balloon from reentering the oxygen tank. the solenoid valve at the other end of the red balloon is open forcing the oxygen contained in the red balloon to be pumped into the patient's lungs. the solenoid valve at the inlet of the green balloon is closed to provide a single path for the oxygen from the red balloon into the patient's lungs. the last solenoid valve which is at t
