After many test and experimentation, this is the latest venturi/conduit replacement that I've made. It's been stable for more than 3 days now. Connect the upper tube with your hydroponic system and the lower tube to your air pump. I use standard aquarium tubing. If the tube is to tight, try cutting it at a 45 degrees angle. Ensure that the tube going to your hydroponic system is empty before you start the pump or it may not work and stall. I just blow in the tube until it's empty. Put something heavy in the basket and drop the unit so that is flat on the bottom of your container. This design will ensure that your conduit is always perpendicular to the water level. I have about 10 inch of water depth and a 3 W air pump. Easy to print and no clogging and other issues.
