After seeing the video from Robert I wanted to print the model, which I did and started playing with the models.
Also noticing that the blade would spin much better when everything was vertical, I started changing some models. Placing the blade vertical also lowers the amount of bearings from 9 to just 2.
I also introduced a venturi tube (in 21 degrees, out 15 degrees), to speedup the airflow to the blades. This is pure a test and after calculating with ChatGPT and some online reading this was what was made. Currently printing out all parts to see if they fit nicely and work as foreseen. According to the calculations I did it should increase the airflow upto 45%. As this is totally out of my expertise, I have no idea if that will be the case. So, once all is in place I need to do tests in order to verify that.
Created the files to make it a bit more standardised. This way it is easier to swap out parts to test new ideas, without re-printing all parts. Shallower venturi? Other type of
