I needed a desk hook to clamp onto a desk with vertical sides and couldn't find one, so I made one! It prints in 3 parts- the hook, the screw, and the foot. You'll need to thread the screw through the first hole on the hook and then attach the foot. I also come up with a pad for the vertical part of the hook and the foot- you'll need some kind of rubber/grippy interface with the desk. I actually ended up using some no slip rubber strips on the hook and the foot pad printed out of TPU. There are two versions of the screw. For this kind of application you're probably okay printing the regular vertical screw, but there is a split screw with some alignment keys if you're having durability issues with the threads. You'll only need 1 screw. I used PETG and haven't had any issues. PLA threads may not hold up well printed vertically.
