Vertical Gamma Lid Level Indicator

I wanted to be able to tell how much feed was in the gamma containers that we use for our chicken feeder. This accepts a ¾" dowel rod or similar sized pipe. There are holes already placed to drill through your rod and use a screw or bolt. Drill a ¾" hole through the lid of your gamma container and the rod will drop down as your feed level goes down as well. The top of this is sloped so that any feed that goes on top of it should slide down with minimal effort.
