Vertical Print Integrated Hinge

Print in place hinge that prints vertically so as to grant the pin sleeve greater strength. It prints with the filament running in loops around the pin on the x/y axis.

These were designed specifically to have strong sleeves over the pins, however this means that the plates and pins themselves are weaker as they are printed vertically on the z axis. Don't twist the plates or over tighten the screws, the plates will break. However if flush mounted and affixed properly, they should perform quite well and have smooth satisfying action.

Holes are for standard M4 screws.

Dimensions: 40mm x 50mm x 8mm (plates are 4mm thick)

No supports needed due to the filleted sleeve edges.
