Vertical Wedge Base for Ring

This Doorbell base points down enough to see the cat bowl and what other animals are helping themselves!
Included a Fusion 360 file, so that one can change the angle.
This puts the top 28 MM further out than the bottom. That results in a 12.5 Degree angle.
The distance the top is out is a parameter that can be edited.
Note that it extends from wall the minimum distance needed to remove the battery.
If one wants it closer to the wall, adjust the "BattLen" param down from 69.5 mm.
