Vertical Wind Spinner

I really liked this thing, but I wanted something a bit more minimalistic for my yard, so I changed the design up a bit. I made it so that the 608 bearings press fit right into the Top and Bottom of the actual spinners.

What do you need
One Top
One Bottom
One Spacer
Either One Top Cone or One Top Cone A depending on whether you're hanging it from above or standing it from below. The cone is to protect whichever is the upper bearing from rain/snow/whatever.
Two 608 Bearings
One length of 5/16-18 or 8m threaded rod
Two 5/16-18 or 8mm nuts
Some Place to put it! :p

Everything goes on the plate as I have it. Supports from plate only on Top and bottom, you don't need it anywhere else.
