I designed this to mount an HP 260 G1 Desktop Mini PC on the back of a monitor with VESA 100 mounting holes. It should fit almost any monitor and Mini PC that both have 100mm x 100mm hole spacings. The Mini PC can be slid on and off for easy access and maintenance without the need for any tools after initial installation.
Both parts are embossed with a large "T" (for top) to save any confusion regarding orientation when installing them. Mount the female half on the back of the monitor and the male half on the back of the Mini PC.
I've provided a model for 2mm thick washers just in case the back of your monitor isn't perfectly flat. One washer under each corner of the monitor mount should stop the mount from becoming distorted if this is the case.
Print in PLA or PETG. 15% infill is more than sufficient.
You will need eight M4x10 steel screws to attach the mount.
All models created in FreeCAD 0.20.2 on a Raspberry Pi5.
