VESA Mount Adjuster

An adjuster for a VESA Mount; my second monitor didn't line up with my primary one, so this thing drops the monitor down a centimeter and a half so the tops of the monitors line up. One hole in each screw hole pair goes into the monitor, the other goes into the VESA bracket. This is a pretty specific use case, of course, but it should be pretty easy to remix to fit your specific measurements.
