I wanted to move my lab monitor from left to right. I created this design to do just that. The Monitor bolt pattern will hold any VESA 75 or 100 based monitor.1/2" EMT is used as the rail.

The wheel is printed in two parts to minimize supports and make the print come out nicer. The two part wheel can be glued together if desired, but I left mine as two pieces.

The sleeve part is needed to convert the bearing hole to M5 bolts. An M5x45 bolt is used as the axle for the wheel. An M5x25 bolt is used for the hold off wheel. The hold off wheel is needed to hold the monitor off the wall and angled as desired. If the weight of the monitor were all below the roller wheel, the hold off wheel would not be needed.

Depending upon your printer, settings, and speed, supports are not really required. The design can be easily adapted to support much heavier items. Mine holds a 24" monitor.

Instructions:
1. Print all parts
2. Clean, cut, and paint EMT
3. Assemble mount parts
4. Bolt
