VHS-C to VHS respooling tool

I couldn't get my hands on a VHS-C cassette adapter, but i had an old VHS cassette that i didn't need, so i designed this to transfer the tape from the small VHS-C spool to a large standard VHS cassette spool.

The design can help to transfer the tapes between spools faster and easier, but care must be taken to avoid twists or getting the tape stuck or torn due to excess speed or over-pulling.

- vhs_tool_base, to hold and fix the two spools while respooling.
