Vibration Polisher

using a 12v motor, with a off center weight attached to shaft, makes a good vibrational polisher for rusty nuts and bolts and small car parts.

Red items are place holders for the actual motor, springs(9x35mm), bowl (you can print the bowl if you like)

I'm using a metal bowl with the center piece hot glued onto the inside , this shaft help keeps the material rolling.
I use velcro to attach the bowl to the frame.

connect power supply to motor add some sand and turn on.

I use a variable power supply to tweak the voltage for max wobble.
