Violin shoulder rest extender

I want the violin shoulder rest really rest on my shoulder.
The width of the parts are measured according to my shoulder rest pad.
Grind away part of the pad. Then use a heat gun to soften the print out (PLA) so that it conforms and adheres tightly to the pad surface.
It's better to use 2 M4 brass threaded Inserts in increase the strength of the screw thread.
