Visaton Fontana cones

This are the cones for the DIY loudspeaker set Fontana from Visaton. The kit and how to build it can be found here: http://www.visaton.de/de/produkte/hifi-surround-bauvorschlaege/2-wege-boxen/fontana

The cones are very special to build therefore I decided to give it a try with a 3D print with wood filament.

I sanded the big one for a homogen surface and painted it. The small one I left as it came from the print. The result is great.

The speaker itself fits perfect into the big cone. The holes for the screws are with M4 threads. The small cone fits perfect on top of the speaker without glue. Simply "click" it on the top of the speaker. Beside sanding an painting it is ready to use in the kit.
