Once again, I have remixed Sadhaka's excellent nozzle box. This time, I needed a Volcano box as I've recently decided that's the direction I'm heading. Print his tolerance test first, I've included it as well. Over extrusion will not do with print in place hinges. With my .8mm nozzle a resolution of .2mm worked well but a smaller nozzle would print better I suspect. It would make for better lettering on both sides of the lid as well.
Magnets are 3x5mm and press into place. I use channel lock pliers..make sure your magnets are facing the right way..they are difficult to remove after pressed in (ask me how I know...see that notch on the lower right magnet? /sigh - LOL). Nozzles are thread into place with the wrench linked below. After the first time, they thread in and out by hand. It's a loose fit thread in...so they don't fall out if the box is turned outside down. The wrench will move around, but it's not steel so a magnet would not work.
