Voltax Flashlight Holder Clip

I modified the original [Flashlight Holder Clip](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:69083) as follows:
* For Voltax flashlight (really good, $2 from Dollarama)
* Larger back plate allows for epoxy to be used.
* Back plate same size as ring width for rotated printing and maybe stronger filament grain.
* Added percentage to be used for ring gap.
* Cut away the sharp opening a bit.
