Voron Micron+ door hinges mod

The original design of the Micron+ uses tape to fix the hinges to the door.
Over time and with higher chamber temeperatures this tape lost adhesity on my printers and the door often fell off...
So I designed an easy fix for that.
There are two parts: the hinge itself and a template for drilling the holes.
Best is to drill the holes after the hinges are printed and you could measure the diameter of the pins.
Finally you can glue the hinges to the door panels.
