VR Cable Organization / Pulley System

I originally designed this because having a tether on the floor playing VR was extremely distracting to me. There are other systems that use multiple leashes, but they drop the cable far enough from the ceiling that my hands would sometime catch the cable. In addition, I could never get the tension quite right. This was my solution.
