Heres a case I made for a DIY VRC Pro adaptor. Its designed for the Arduino Pro Micro ATMEGA32U4 (5v) You can get them off eBay pretty cheap.

Once its soldered, push the board into the case and snap together. It was designed to be small so its pretty snug. Make sure the soldering is fairly neat.
