Originally developed for my FRC team, this model is designed to securely hold 2 Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) from CTR Electronics. These VRMs are used on many FRC robots and some bots, like ours, need 2 in order to support all their electronics. This design saves space and mounts 2 VRMs together at an angle to reduce cable bends and make cable management easier. Additionally, the center tunnel serves to manage cables and is large enough to accommodate adhesive (command, 3M, etc.) hooks or brackets to keep your cables routed cleanly. The holes on either side plate are designed to take 6-32 heatset inserts. Take your soldering iron, press some 6-32 inserts into the holes, let it solidify, and then use the provided 6-32 screws in the VRM box to mount your VRMs!I printed it using PETG at 60% infill on my Ender 3 S1. I recommend using 0.16 layer lines for optimal quality and using supports for the tunnel as most printers cannot print the overhang cleanly. I used Cura with these settings a
