VTX03 20x20 Mount

This allows an [Eachine VTX03](https://www.banggood.com/Eachine-VTX03-Super-Mini-5_8G-72CH-025mW50mw200mW-Switchable-FPV-Transmitter-p-1114206.html?p=322022728425201408AX) to be mounted in a 20x20mm stack with a 9 mm buzzer holder, ESC wire guides and walls to keep debris out.

[Softmount standoffs](https://www.banggood.com/4-PCS-Realacc-M376-Flight-Controller-Fixed-Screws-for-FPV-Racer-p-1135527.html?p=322022728425201408AX) should be used with this part.

Can be combined with [this RX mount](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2301216)

Should be printed in TPU.
