From the factory, the VW Type 3 engine has a plastic dome shaped plug to streamline air into
the cooling fan blades. These are usually missing on old VWs, hard to find, and out of
production. I took measurements and designed and printed this plug instead of spending
money on a used worn out one. It's a tight fit and required a soft mallet to persuade it to snap
into position. Perfect fit without cracking the PLA!
