This is a simple cleat for hanging photo frames, shelves, etc, on the wall. It has countersunk holes for common #8 SAE screws and recessed holes for M3 nuts, giving multiple options for attaching to the wall and/or the piece to hang.
Since this part gets hidden behind the frame it's holding, I printed the example in the photo using rather low quality. (0.4mm layer height, 2 walls, 20% infill)
The hole combination I used may seem rather odd, but I was hanging on a section of wall where I could hit one wall stud off-center. The rest of the area was paneling. So, the right side uses a plain wood-screw into the stud, but has an M3 bolt from the back side of the paneling into a recessed nut in the cleat. The choice of an M3 from the back-side was to keep the bolt small because the back side of my wall has built-in shelves.
