Wall Clock with Sensors

This is an update to my digital wall clock design. I am making it a remix so that the old design can stick around. I wanted to make a slightly more complex wall clock design that has a few other capabilities. Changes from the previous design:

* Added a battery backup. The clock will run for ~7 hours with the battery that I chose. The battery recharges when plugged in, and it will switch to battery automatically when it looses power.
* Added a temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure sensor.
* Added an RGB LED to act as an indicator.
* Switched the power input to a usb type C connector.
* Added a switch to turn the clock off. This is needed because of the battery.
* Reworked the software to communicate with an MQTT server.

This device is intended to integrate into [Home Assistant](https://www.home-assistant.io/) using the MQTT server.
