I've changed dowel size to 12 mm, extruded the wall side 18 mm and added 2 screw holes. Now it can be mounted to wall using a spacer (wood, mdf, chipboard, etc). You can directly mount it to wall or adapt it to French cleat system.
DXF file included if you want to change anything.
STL file is about 8 mm thick. It has symmetrical countersinks for screw caps.
I've printed it very low quality and works fine. My rack is about 30 cm wide and recently holds 8 pliers.
