Wall Mount Wire Management

I have a small computer room with routers, and the network cables to the routers are all hanging from the router ports. Bad, very bad.

I looked for some 3d printable wire management hangers that can be used to mount to a wall to route the network cables through and found none.

This is what I have come up with.
