Wall Outlet/ Plug

The traditional outlet that our society uses now needs a redesign. Have you ever been trying to plug in your charger or something else before you go to bed? All the lights are off and you cannot see anything. It can take a while to fit the plug in correctly to the outlet. This can be extremely frustrating at times and needs a fix. The redesign above will do just that. Something that would help would be making a round indent on the frame of the outlet so that the user can easily find the relative area of the plug. From there, making the actual plug in the direct center of the circle mentioned above would improve the current design as well. For the final improvement, making all of the prongs for the plug all the same size could make an immense improvement. Sometimes, you might try and place the plug in correctly, but because one metal piece is thicker than the other, it will not fit. Making both of the slots the same size would fix this problem. The traditional outlet has worked well for years, but everything can always be improved. If these ideas are actually implemented into our current outlet, it would be much more convenient for the years to come.
