Wall plug cell phone holder for the Galaxy SII

I am using a phone with a power pack (e.g. my phone is 10 mm) compared to the standard 8.5mm. so you might need to change that value in the openscad document.

The europlug based version are designed to be used with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europlug shaped loaders (they also default to 8.5 mm thikness)
