Walls for Massive Darkness 2

I wanted to decorate Massive Darkness 2, so I modified DungeonSticks walls to be the right size for MD2 rooms. The default ones available weren't quite the right size for the MD grid.

I like DungeonSticks because they are half-height walls, so don't obstruct too much of the board, and they don't have and floor part, allowing the board art to show through.

The full-size wall is for a tile side, the endcap is for either side of a door.

A good amount for a scenario map (some may require more, I've only played the first few):

* Wall x 36
* Endcap x 24
* Male End x 48
* Female End x 48
* 3-way Angled x 2
* 3-way Straight x 2
* 4-way x 2

I found (and others noted) that the connectors don't come out of the walls when slotted in - but scaling the connectors down to 99% and printing the walls at 100% might make them removable.
