Wanhao D4S Hinge Replacement

A new hinge for the Wanahao Duplicator 4s (I believe it should work for the regular 4 and 4x although not sure)

The hinge ensures the door does not close too far - causing it to enter the printer.
the design also make the door open at a slightly different angle, making it stay open. However this does make the door stay slightly open, hence why I have also made some little locking parts which can be attached with an M5 bolt as a replacement for the regular mid level bolts on the machine outer casing.

Requires an M6 bolt to attach the hing pieces together

You need to print 2 of the regular and two of the mirror parts, the 2 regular ones fit together and the two mirror parts fit together.
